Due to rain run-off, predicted high tides, and offshore swell plugging up the Golden Gate, Benicia saw unusually high tides the week of February 5th. The chart below shows just how high they rose above their predicted levels of around 6 feet. You can see that a couple of days rose above 7.5′ which caused minor street flooding down near the Marina and other low lying shoreline areas.
